Description:- Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and project requirements.- Present and pitch relevant IT services, including web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions.- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).- Conduct client calls, product demos, and negotiate terms to secure project approvals.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.- Provide weekly reports on sales progress, challenges, and key metrics.- Research and implement innovative lead generation and outreach strategies.- Refine communication templates, LinkedIn messaging, and calling techniques to improve conversion rates.- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and global market opportunities.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector.- Proven track record of successfully managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Understanding of web/mobile development, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies is highly preferred.- Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets (ref:iimjobs.com)
