GENERAL SUMMARY :

- We are looking for Enterprise Sales Manager who will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities and provide prospective customers/clients with Warehousing services and additional presentations as needed; and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

- Must be from Warehousing fulfilment background, energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify Brands for specified category in retail segment.

- Prospect Key Decision makers, build relationship and meet them face to face.

- Undertake sales presentations to the clients and business communities to present the company and its services.

- Develop a new monthly business pipeline for new client acquisition is planned in advance.

- Manage and handle the RFQs response documents coming to the company for the Warehousing fulfilment B2C and b2B business.

- Achieve Monthly Targets for new acquisitions

- Manage and coordinate all commercial activities of Warehousing with the Operations team, in line with the company's short- and long-term results and targets

- Maintain close working relationships with the internal stakeholders for customer experience

- Focus on achieving targets and keeping profitable business.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Mandatory 7- 8 Years of Experience in Enterprise Sales

- Candidates preferred from Warehousing fulfilment, 3PL, Logistics /Transportation, SCM Domain experience

- Proven track record in handling Enterprise Clients, Consumer Clients

- Multitasking and oversight experience

- Strong understanding of Operations processes

- Strong understanding of Sales Processes

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
