Responsibilities:
  • Personally overseeing posting schedules and content management across Inheaden social media channels and to ensure timely publishing of content.
  • A/B testing for email campaigns LinkedIn paid content and Instagram paid content.
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns experimenting with new marketing channels and testing different strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyzing various metrics such as conversion rates acquisition costs and customer lifetime value to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with different teams across all domains to ensure that the overall marketing strategy aligns with the overarching goals of the company.
  • Brainstorming content ideas and collaborating with the marketing team designer to bring these ideas to life.
  • Analyzing content performance and pivoting strategy accordingly to obtain the best results.
  • Community engagement in the form of responding to comments across all platforms and as the admin of any groups and pages.
  • Improving Google SEO ranking and organic ranking.
  • Reporting regularly on the success of marketing efforts and making recommendations for improvement based on the findings.
  • Generating inboundmarketing leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns and smart funnels.
  • Engaging replying and communicating with Clients Partners Suppliers Community Team Members and Supporters through EMails Surveys and Social Media according to our tone of voice.
and nbsp;Skills Required:
  • 2 years experience as a growth marketer or a similar role
  • 3 years experience with analyzing content performance and optimization
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram posting
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google ads
  • Data Analysis
  • Experience with CRMs and Lead Gen tools
  • Creative problemsolving
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English (added bonus for proficiency in German and Arabic) and nbsp;
  • Knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics including user acquisition conversion rate optimization retention marketing A/B testing and SEO and the ability to effectively implement these tactics to drive growth
