Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Assist in creating product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Provide support to the customer success team in onboarding new clients, resolving issues, and driving customer engagement and retention efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in backend technology is a MUST.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in customer success or related roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in a SAAS organisations, working with large enterprise customers is plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with concepts such as Digital Experience Management, Employee Experience scoring, and fundamental knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware, software and networking components is considered an added advantage
