Position Overview:


As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic mastermind, wielding the power of data, creativity, and a deep understanding of user behavior to fuel our exponential growth. You'll be a T-shaped marketer, possessing expertise across various digital channels and the ability to think outside the box to implement innovative hacks for organic growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the fundamentals of cracking awareness, credibility and engagement building for a new product which is yet to launch
  • Work with the CMO to develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, events and partnerships
  • Be student-centric in the overall marketing approach - provide our potential learners the value they need even before they enroll
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay on top of the trends
  • Own the user-journey metrics end-to-end: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve conversion rates throughout the user journey
  • Leverage your understanding of user behavior to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Be highly data-driven in every single activity that is executed


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with a demonstrably successful track record of moving business numbers
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful growth marketing campaigns and their quantifiable impact.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working in the US and other geographies and knowledge of consumer behavior and preferences there is a plus.
  • Being good with all things content is a huge edge that you can have
  • A strong understanding of the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and expertise in optimizing each stage.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.) and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional creativity and a knack for identifying unconventional marketing solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of user behavior and the ability to translate those insights into targeted campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
