About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at Glood.AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our SaaS platform. You will manage various marketing channels, including ads on Shopify, Facebook, and LinkedIn, SEO and content marketing, events and workshops, and customer engagement email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Glood.AI’s SaaS products and services.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Shopify, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee SEO efforts, utilizing tools like Ahrefs to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
- Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and workshops to engage with current and potential customers.
- Set up and manage customer engagement email campaigns, ensuring they are personalized, timely, and effective.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Glood.AI’s marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
- Proven experience managing ads on Shopify, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent content creation skills, with a portfolio of written and visual content.
- Experience organizing and hosting events, webinars, and workshops.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for driving results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with SaaS companies, particularly in marketing a SaaS platform.
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
