Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Consultant Project Manager.- The candidate will be responsible for managing sales projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.- The Sales Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored consulting solutions.- Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, project management, strategic planning, and collaboration with the consulting team to drive business growth. Qualifications:- Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills.- Experience in Consulting and Strategic Planning.- Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively.- Leading the consulting assignments in the area of strategy, sales, marketing and overall business.- Growth of clients Achieve the desired outcomes of consulting assignments, as short-term milestones and long-term objectives.- Leading team of consultants appointed on assigned projects to make sure, desired KPIs are achieved.- Dealing with clients (Director or CXO Level) and also a team of clients to achieve the desired results.- Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of strategy, sales, marketing and overall business.- Growth and Designing the Business Growth Strategy.- Implementation of Business Growth Strategy, on-site and off site too Solving the complex business problems.- Conduct market research and understand the Business Trends industry.- Make sure, long-lasting relationships with clients are built up.
