We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in business strategy, sales consulting, and market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and executing business strategies, conducting market research, and enabling sales effectiveness through structured training programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership teams, influence business growth, and drive go-to-market excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and monitor business strategies to achieve organizational goals and ensure sustainable growth.- Conduct in-depth market research, track industry trends, and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, service offerings, or market expansions.- Create and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge, consutative selling, and customer engagement.- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to align on strategy execution.: Lead multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable outcomes, and adherence to quality standards.- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track progress, and generate insights to optimize business processes and project outcomes.- Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8-15 years of proven experience in project management, business strategy, or sales consulting.- Strong expertise in business strategy design, GTM planning, and market analysis.- Experience in training, mentoring, or enabling high-performing sales teams.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong business acumen.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.- Proficiency in using project management tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.- Exposure to consulting firms, IT services, or fast-growing startups.- Knowledge of digital marketing and product positioning strategies.- Certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or strategy consulting are a plus.- Strong understanding of market intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.
