Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of min 5-6 years in business development, sales of electrical products.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Development Professional) are a plus
