We are now looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives and drive measurable business impact through advanced search strategies.Role Overview:- The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall SEO strategy to boost organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance online visibility for Mobiloitte and its clients.- The role demands a strong analytical mindset, technical SEO expertise, content optimization proficiency, and proven leadership experience in managing an SEO team.Key Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for multiple projects and client websites.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking for higher visibility and engagement.- Drive link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority.- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to measure performance and report progress.- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.- Create monthly SEO performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management and clients.- Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO specialists and interns to deliver consistent results.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns and ensure SEO alignment with business goals.Required Skills & 6-10 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing fundamentals.- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Data Studio is a plus.- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.- Prior experience in leading and managing SEO teams is mandatory.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with global clients across AI, Blockchain, and Web/Mobile domains.- Collaborative and growth-driven work culture.- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.- Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
