- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the freelancing space.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and meeting targets.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (recent graduates or students in their final year).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
