**Job Description: Accounting Intern**

**Position**: Accounting Intern

**Department**: Finance and Accounts

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **E-commerce Sales Accounting**:

- Record and maintain accurate sales entries for e-commerce transactions.
- Reconcile sales data with marketplace reports and payment gateways.

2. **Challan Preparation**:

- Assist in generating and verifying delivery challans for goods sold through online platforms.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and inventory management policies.

3. **E-way Bill Generation**:

- Generate and manage e-way bills for transportation of goods as per government regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely compliance.

4. **GST and Tax Compliance**:

- Support in reconciling GST input/output for e-commerce transactions.
- Assist in filing returns.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of invoices, challans, and e-way bills.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational reports related to e-commerce Sales.

6. **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-way bill regulations.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
