Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Accountant. The Accountant will handle day-to-day tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and tax preparation. Additional responsibilities include budget forecasting, reconciliation, financial analysis, and collaborating with clients to provide tailored accounting solutions. The role involves leveraging accounting software to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation, tax preparation, and budget forecasting
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, MYOB, and Oracle NetSuite
  • Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with tools like ADP, Gusto, Paychex, , and tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, and UltraTax
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in offshore accounting or working with international clients is a plus
