About the Role

We are looking for a motivated CA Article Assistant or Accounts Assistant with prior hands-on experience in accounting and compliance. The role involves working on real client assignments and supporting seniors across core accounting, audit, and tax functions.

Freshers with basic practical exposure are welcome; however, candidates who can independently handle tasks will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and financial statement preparation
  • Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance workings
  • Support in Income Tax (IT) filing & audit-related documentation
  • Handle day-to-day accounting and cloud-based bookkeeping (Zoho / QuickBooks / Tally)
  • Maintain accurate work papers and client documentation
  • Coordinate with seniors for timely completion of assignments
  • Learn and operate Excel-based reporting formats

Required Skills

  • Basic to working knowledge of Accounting, GST & Income Tax
  • Experience/working knowledge in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks preferred
  • Good Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot, basic formulas preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail & commitment to deadlines
  • Good communication and willingness to learn

Experience

  • 0-2 years preferred
