Role Description

We are seeking a CA Article & Semi-Qualified CA to join our team at Centrik Group. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The CA Article will support the team in preparing financial statements, managing accounting tasks, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include research, tax computations, report preparation, and support for strategic financial planning and litigation-related work as required by clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple domains such as taxation, insolvency, and compliance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
  • Proficiency in taxation and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Analytical skills for financial analysis, strategic planning, and budget management
  • Interest or experience in areas like insolvency, bankruptcy, and legal support services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing Chartered Accountancy is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for client interactions
