We are looking for a Transition Expert with Chartered Accountant qualification who can seamlessly manage client transitions, financial processes, and onboarding. The role requires a blend of financial expertise, stakeholder management, and process transition skills to ensure smooth migration of client accounts and long-term relationship management.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end transition projects for new clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.- Manage client onboarding, including financial due diligence, documentation, and compliance checks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and accounting processes during transition.- Conduct detailed financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to support transition activities.- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.- Implement best practices for knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and process handover.- Ensure all transitions are aligned with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.- Provide insights for process improvements and efficiency in client financial management.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting,- Proven expertise in client handling, onboarding, and relationship management.- Experience in transition management/project management within finance or outsourcing setups.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.Preferred Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Client Transition.- Prior experience in KPO/BPO/Outsourcing industry will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of international accounting standards preferred.
