**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance Mobiloitte’s online presence and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and insights to improve engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships with followers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each
- platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
