**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Facebook & Google Ads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and client insights that inform strategy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the team in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and interacting with followers.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including graphics and promotional content.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Proficiency in Facebook & Google Ads, including ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for digital marketing.
