We are seeking an
experienced SEO Manager
to lead our organic growth initiatives and leverage the power of
AI-driven SEO strategies
to deliver measurable results for Mobiloitte and its clients.

Role Overview

As the SEO Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize data-backed SEO strategies to enhance visibility, rankings, and user engagement. You will also explore
AI tools and automation
to streamline keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical SEO expertise, and proven team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for multiple websites and clients.
  • Use
    AI and automation tools
    to enhance keyword analysis, content optimization, and reporting efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, and internal linking to improve rankings and engagement.
  • Lead link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to integrate SEO and
    AI-driven insights
    across digital assets.
  • Monitor and adapt to algorithm updates and emerging
    AI-powered SEO trends
    .
  • Prepare detailed SEO performance reports with actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO executives/interns for continuous performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI's role in modern SEO.
  • Proven experience in
    leading and managing SEO teams
    .
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with
    AI-based SEO tools
    (e.g., Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Data Studio preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, data interpretation, and communication skills.
