Salary Range: 40,000 60,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager SEO & PPE to strengthen our digital footprint and enhance patient engagement across platforms.

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager SEO & PPE (Search Engine Optimization & Patient/Physician Experience Programs) will be responsible for driving organic digital growth, optimizing the hospitals online presence, and improving both online and on-ground patient experience initiatives. The role demands a strong understanding of healthcare SEO, patient journey mapping, digital analytics, and hospital branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and lead generation for hospital services.

Conduct keyword research relevant to healthcare, oncology, and hospital services.

Optimize web pages, blogs, service listings, and landing pages for target keywords.

Ensure consistent improvement in website ranking, traffic, and conversions.

Collaborate with the content team for SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and press releases.

Regularly track and report website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs.

2. Local SEO & Digital Presence Management

Optimize hospital listings on Google My Business, Practo, Justdial, and healthcare directories.

Improve visibility for local and near me searches to boost patient walk-ins.

Ensure online reviews, ratings, and testimonials are actively managed and addressed.

3. PPE Patient & Physician Experience Programs

Develop and execute patient satisfaction improvement strategies based on feedback and surveys.

Coordinate digital and offline campaigns to enhance patient awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to monitor patient experience touchpoints.

Manage digital reputation by analyzing feedback trends and implementing corrective actions.

Drive engagement initiatives for both patients and referring doctors through online and offline programs.

4. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly performance reports covering SEO analytics, lead generation, and patient experience insights.

Track KPIs including organic traffic, lead conversion rate, bounce rate, review ratings, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Present strategic recommendations to the management for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Hospital Administration.

Additional certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Healthcare Marketing preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and patient experience within hospital settings.

Proven success in healthcare SEO and managing hospital digital branding campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent).

Familiarity with online review management systems and survey tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Excellent coordination across clinical, operations, and digital teams.

Patient-centric mindset with problem-solving approach.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Work Type: On-site (Hospital-based role)
