Job Title:SuccessFactors ESM Consultant Location:Bangalore Experience:6–10 Years Notice Period : Immediate-30 DaysJob Description: We are seeking a skilledSAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultantto join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise inSuccessFactors ESM , with a proven ability to design, configure, and implement HR service request processes. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as well ashands-on experience in delivering ESM solutionsthat enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Design and configureSuccessFactors ESM moduleto support HR service requests, case management, and knowledge management processes. Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ESM solutions. Implement workflows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms to streamline HR service delivery. Ensure seamless integration of ESM with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, etc.) and enterprise systems. Provide support during UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities. Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs, configuration guides, and UAT sign-offs. Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable in-house capability.Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–10 years of overall IT/HR systems experience with at least 4–6 years inSuccessFactors ESM or HR Service Delivery platforms . Strong understanding ofHR case management, service requests, and knowledge base configuration . Hands-on experience in designingservice workflows, SLAs, and escalation rules . Familiarity with integration of ESM withSAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other HR applications . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical teams. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Note:Candidates who are currently working with TCS, not eligible to apply
