With five global delivery centers and 2000+ employees, we provide the intimacy of a boutique consultancy with the capabilities of a large IT services firm.Position: SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantExperience: 8 Yrs - 15 YrsJob location: Hyderabad/GurugramKey Responsibilities:End-to-End RCM & ONB 2.0 Expertise along with EC & LMSLead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB 2.0 solutions to meet business needs.Configuration Mastery:Independently configure RCM templates, route maps, rating scales, business rules, job requisition, and application processes, as well as ONB 2.0 features, including data models and integrations.Integration Knowledge:Integrate RCM with Onboarding 2.0 (ONB), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Employee Central (EC).Client & Stakeholder Management:Conduct business process mapping, design future-state processes, and drive client engagements to align HR best practices with SuccessFactors functionality.Project Leadership/Support:Play a lead or supporting role in RCM and ONB 2.0 implementation projects.Troubleshooting & Optimization:Provide expertise in resolving issues and optimizing existing RCM and ONB configurations for improved user experience and process efficiency.Mentoring & Knowledge
