Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End to End Claims Analyses
  • Verify Policy/Claims Documents
  • Claims Setup and Payment Processing
  • Claims Submission and Tracking
  • Correspond with involved Claim Parties
  • Develop and Maintain Claims communication
  • Maintain Records of Activities
  • Manage day to day production and ensure SLAs are met
  • Knowledge of up-stream and down-stream processes of Claims and how they are linked with each other
  • Analytical and Reporting skills on excel
  • Team player with a ready to learn approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Contribute towards process improvements through brainwaves

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance principles
  • Must have London Insurance Market Claims Experience 2-5 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working from the office and with rotational
  • Immediate joiners preferred
