This role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, identifying opportunities, managing data efficiently, and playing a pivotal part in growing Acumen’s B2B client network. If you thrive on making impactful connections and love the challenge of creating new business opportunities, this role is made for you.Key Responsibilities- Identify and leverage existing data sources to generate high-quality prospect lists. - Source new leads and potential clients through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. - Maintain and update data to ensure accuracy and relevance for business development activities. - Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects with a focus on securing meetings. - Build meaningful connections with prospects and create interest in Acumen’s services. - Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Sales/Consulting team. - Maintain detailed call logs and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.Experience: 2–3 years in phone-based or inside sales (B2B preferred).Core Competencies:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English). - Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office & basic CRM/data tools. - Confidence and persistence in handling cold calls. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Who Should Apply- Professionals with 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles. - Individuals who’ve worked in premium services like banking, financial services, consulting, or executive search. - Those who’ve handled clients or managed projects, and are skilled in data management, research, and prospecting. - People with a strong professional network and the ability to build rapport quickly. - Candidates who are organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.Who Should Not Apply- Freshers or candidates without prior sales experience. - Individuals from purely customer service or non-client-facing roles. - Candidates without experience in B2B or premium services. - Those unable to demonstrate experience in consulting-oriented sales.What We Offer- A fast-paced management consulting environment. - Exposure to senior leaders, decision-makers, and industry experts. - A performance-driven role with strong growth potential in sales and business development.Join us and be part of a team that drives strategic growth and builds meaningful client relationships.
