This role involves handling inbound RFQs, preparing proposals, and converting leads into revenue-generating projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRFQ Management & Proposal DevelopmentAnalyze incoming RFQs from clients and assess feasibility. Collaborate with research & consulting teams to draft compelling proposals. Ensure pricing, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.Client Engagement & Sales ConversionAct as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to RFQs. Present proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients. Follow up on open RFQs to maximize conversion rates.Market & Industry ResearchUnderstand client needs and industry trends to refine proposal strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and project feasibility.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of RFQs, proposals, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reports on RFQ performance and pipeline status.Key RequirementsExperience:2-5 years in inside sales, business development, or RFQ handling (preferably in consulting, research, or B2B services).Skills:Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.Tools:Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal documentation.Industry Knowledge:Exposure to market research, consulting, or B2B sales.Mindset:Target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously.
