The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.Qualifications- Experience in the education or EdTech Skilling segment is a must. - Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills - Leading inside sales. - Knows funnel conversion L0-L1-L2-L3-L4-L5 - Understanding of lead quality & sync with campaingn manager. - Have relationship with the mentors. - Can onboard new mentors. - Daily weekly monthly & annual collection targets. - Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills - Excellent Communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
