Job Description – B2B Inside Sales SpecialistPosition: B2B Inside SalesLocation: [HO-Saki Naka-Mumbai]Experience Required: 4–5 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside salesIndustry: [FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness Background]Job Type: Full-timeOnly candidates from (FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness Background) shall be considered for this position.About the Company:Pure Nutrition is a leading name in the health and wellness industry, offering a wide range of science-backed nutritional supplements like Lung Detox, Liver Detox, Magnesium Glycinate, Multivitamins for Women, and more.We aim to empower individuals to take control of their health with clean, potent, and effective formulas.We are now seeking a passionate Inside Sales Expert to deepen our B2B team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including India Mart, Alibaba, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.- B2B Sourcing: Source new clients and build relationships with existing ones to drive sales growth.- Social Media Management: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with potential clients, and build brand awareness.- Email and Phone Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via email and phone calls to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close deals.- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.Requirements:Key Skills & Competencies- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.- Skills:- Proven experience with Indiamart, Alibaba, and LinkedIn for B2B sourcing and lead generation.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Key Skills & Competencies:- Familiarity with CRM software: Experience with CRM software like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.What We Offer:- Competitive salary: depending on experience.- Growth opportunities: Professional development and career advancement opportunities.If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales and lead generation, we'd love to hear from you Apply today with your resume and cover letter.Interested candidates please mail your CV's across to the HR Head- Ganeshbhandari@purenutrition.in
