The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, basic networking, and vendor coordination, with a passion for delivering excellent IT support services in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support forWindows and Mac OSenvironments. Performnetwork troubleshooting , VPN configuration, and remote support. Coordinate with IT vendors forwarranty support and call logging . ManageWindows File Server , backup, and restoration processes. Configure and troubleshootMS Office/Outlook, Email setup, Backup solutions . SupportAndroid & iOS devices , including mail and application troubleshooting. Handleticketing process & SLA compliance(incidents, service requests, escalation matrix). Maintain and trackIT assets and inventory records . Managepatch updates, antivirus troubleshooting , and security adherence. Troubleshoot and installnetwork MFD printers . Ensure strict compliance withinformation security policies . Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. 2–4 years of IT support experience , with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows & Mac OS. Exposure tonetwork troubleshooting, VPN, and remote support . Strong hands-on experience inWindows File Server management, backup & restoration . Excellent knowledge ofMS Office, Outlook, and email configuration . Familiarity withmobile OS troubleshooting (Android & iOS) . Good understanding ofticketing systems, SLA management, and escalation processes . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in aremote/hybrid environment . Energetic, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
