About the Role

We're looking for a marketing lead with:

- Exceptional communication skills

- A strong performance mindset

- And the confidence to take full ownership and drive outcomes

This is a high-responsibility role. You'll work directly with the founders and lead marketing strategy and execution across the board.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and own Enlog's brand and communication

- Plan RoI-driven marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments

- Lead content, digital, and offline campaigns with clear objectives

- Use performance data to make fast, informed decisions

- Align closely with product, sales, and design for business impact

What We're Looking For

- Have 4-8 years of relevant marketing experience in a category creating brand

- Have led campaigns that delivered exponential results

- Communicate with clarity - in writing, visuals, and decks

- Know how to position a brand, generate demand, and build trust

- Growth mindset, take initiative, manage ambiguity, and stay focused on outcomes
