 Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and the achievement of sales goals. Recruit, train, and develop team members.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.


- Client Relationship Management:  

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and enhance the company’s brand.

 Ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
