Role/ Job Title: State Head-Personal Loan (Partner Business)
Function/ Department: Sales- Personal Loan
Job Purpose:
The role entails scaling up the business for lending in the state by developing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments, and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes building up teams, systems, process, and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the State business across Personal Loan to expand revenue per existing customer. Guide distribution of products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets Sourcing and managing team, channels, and generating business from them. Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends. Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and providing high quality customer service. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity. Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically. Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets.Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Personal Loans.
