Job Description:The L&D Executive will be responsible for coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives at the client site, ensuring alignment with organizational and client requirements. Manage and maintain all site-level training records to ensure compliance as per client audits and standards. Facilitate and deliver regular training sessions, refreshers, and on-the-job learning programs for employees across departments. Coordinate with the L&D Manager to plan, schedule, and execute monthly and annual training calendars. Liaise with site heads, department managers, and employees to identify training needs and ensure timely implementation of required programs. Support the execution of client-mandated training programs and ensure adherence to timelines and documentation requirements. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and attendance reports and share updates with the central L&D team. Coordinate with external trainers or internal subject matter experts for specialized training sessions. Ensure smooth administration of all L&D activities including logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting. Promote employee participation and engagement in learning programs through effective communication and follow-ups.Qualifications and Experience: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management Ability to deliver Food Safety Trainings for employees
