Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a high-impact Outbound Demand Generation Strategy aligned with revenue goals.

- Lead the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy to penetrate key accounts and drive high-intent leads.

- Oversee cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.) to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Define segmentation and targeting strategies to engage the right audience with personalized messaging.

- Own the top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure a steady flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

- Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, and Sales teams to fine-tune outreach and increase conversion rates.

- Drive experimentation and optimization across outbound channels to maximize lead engagement.

- Lead, mentor, and scale the Outbound SDR/BDR team to improve productivity and performance.

- Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives, including playbooks, scripts, and training programs.

- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Leverage CRM, sales automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoominfo, Apollo, etc.) to improve 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in outbound demand generation.

- Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), sales development, and multi-channel prospecting.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to scale and coach a high-performing outbound team.

- Deep understanding of ICP, sales funnels, and outbound automation tools.

- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
