About WABB.in:
WABB is an innovative chatbot builder for WhatsApp, designed to revolutionize customer interaction for businesses. WABB is expanding its reach to India with the aim of automating sales and customer support for over 20,000 companies through our user-friendly platform. We are looking for a talented Account Executive to aggressively drive our Sales working closely with the Head of Sales.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive with 2-6 years in SaaS sales to launch and grow WABB.in in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS sales background with chatbots vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Introduction: Drive the launch of WABB.in - WhatsApp Bot Builder in India by engaging potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and manage the sales process from outreach to closing.
- Product Demonstrations: Present our WhatsApp Bot Builder to potential clients, tailored to Indian market needs.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, adapting to market insights.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close contracts effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
- Market Research: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and provide client feedback.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-6 years in SaaS sales with a track record of meeting targets; experience in chatbots is required.
- Skills: Strong SaaS sales techniques, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Bot Builders and WhatsApp; ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies.
- Attributes: Motivated, results-driven, and capable of both independent and team work with a customer-focused mindset.
- Understanding of the Indian market.
Compensation:
- Salary Structure: Competitive pay with a 60-40 fixed-variable split and performance-based incentives. The total budget for this role is capped at 14 LPA. Please apply only if this meets your expectations.
- Uncapped Incentives - Paid Monthly.
