About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs. You will work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate user stories and business requirements into functional and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Work across modules such as Source to Pay (S2P), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Field Service Operations (FSO).

- Configure and develop both out-of-the-box and custom functionalities in ServiceNow.

- Perform unit testing using appropriate test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest features, best practices, and updates in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of overall professional experience in software development.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and platform customization.

- At least 2+ years of focused experience on key ServiceNow modules (S2P, HRSD, FSO).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side).

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Expertise in REST APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration techniques.

- Experience in ServiceNow portal development is required.

- Familiarity with Now Assist and other AI-enhanced ServiceNow features is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
