Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly driven Senior Area Sales Manager Agency Digital to manage and grow strategic digital partnerships across FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators, and E-Commerce segments.The role involves key account management, digital business development, and product-market fit alignment for General Insurance (GI) products.The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, digital sales expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end digital integration with Growth & Account Management- Achieve assigned business targets through mapped partnerships.- Ensure overall business hygiene, partner satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth.- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify opportunities for incremental & Customer Alignment- Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with GI product offerings (Motor, Travel, Extended Warranty, Accident & Health).- Support digital-first product positioning and Development- Explore new opportunities within mapped partnerships.- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and close new digital Integration- Work closely with partner technology teams for seamless integration of digital processes, from sourcing to Expertise- Strong understanding of General Insurance products and their digital applicability.- Proven experience in business development / digital sales, ideally in FinTech, e-commerce, or online aggregator ecosystems.- Knowledge and hands-on experience with tech integrations in partner ecosystems.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- 3-8 years of relevant experience, depending on band fit (Band 3/4) (ref:iimjobs.com)
