In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and driving revenue expansion. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and market Responsibilities

- New Business Development: Identify, research, and pursue new opportunities to grow client base in medical and SaaS sectors.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Sales & Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, pipelines, and revenue targets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and brand presence.

- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, performance updates, and

market insights to & Skills

- Experience: 3-6 years in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (agency/marketing sales preferred).

- Strong understanding of business dynamics, industry trends, and client needs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Prior experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional with problem-solving skills.
