Compensation Highlights Top-of-market cash compensation Free access to Stellar's employee-only investment fund Role Description We are recruiting a versatile Client Partner & Company Secretary to champion Stellar's offerings and nurture our relationships: Business Development Grow Stellar’s client partnerships and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI investors and family offices Own the end-to-end client journey: sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building Communicate investment strategies clearly, especially our hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approach (you will explain credibly and loop in internal experts when required) Collect and structure actionable client feedback, processing client signals to work cross-functionally with product and quant teams to influence product direction Leverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software Governance & Legal Undertake the responsibilities of our designated Company Secretary Coordinate closely with external CS, CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance Preferred Background Education: Qualifications in CS (eligible to be the designated CS is mandatory) Experience: 3+ years in wealth management or PMS/AIF advisory Strong Network: Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients Mindset: AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action Bonus: Zero-to-one experience of growing such companies from an early stage Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above Stellar Culture Fulfilment through the best work of our lives Pursuit of Excellence We are not a family; we are a high-performance sports team- and our sport is solving users' problems
