  • Reporting to- Senior Manager-Commercial
  • Direct Reporting – 3 to 6 (Including On & Off Roll)
  • Languages Known- English & Hindi &Tamil (Preferred)
  • Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/FMEG/Luggage.


Key Responsibilities :-


  • Stock Inward & Outward: Ensure accurate documentation and processing of stock both inbound and outbound using SAP and Vinculum ERP systems (STO/ASN/GRN).


  • Accounting: Monitor and manage sales and sales returns accounting within SAP on a daily basis for items dispatched and returns received from all online portals.


  • Administration: Ecom WH facilitation in coordination with Mother Warehouse, Branch, HO and Ecom team (Electricity, Water, Internet, IT infra, Packing Materials, Printing & Stationery, Manpower Etc..)


  • Ecom Platform co-ordination: Collaborate with e-commerce platforms for collection, payment advice, commission deduction details, and related documentation.


  • 3PL co-ordination: Work closely with courier partners of respective platforms to ensure timely pick-up and dispatch of materials as per agreed rate cards


  • Stock Audit: Conduct physical stock audits of the warehouse to ensure accuracy, resolving any discrepancies with valid proof and reasons and it adjustments in Books with proper approval.


  • Sales Monitoring: Actively patriciate in offer period/Promotion/Big billon day sales and encash the sales opportunity.


  • Procurement: Packing Material made available for operation in coordination with multiple vendors and its consumption accounting


  • MIS and Receivables review and ensure collection in line with agreed terms and properly accounting in system and cost of sales in line within the specified budget.


  • Claim/Dispute Management: Handle any disputes, such as undelivered returns, outstanding payments, excessive commissions, or damaged products, by raising them with respective platforms within the specified timeframe


  • Tool Management: Monitor the daily operations of essential tools such as Magento, Vinculum, Razorpay, GlobalPayex, and Invictus to ensure smooth functioning.


  • Remarks-
  • Exposure to Warehouse commercial operation is compulsory.
  • 1 to 2 Years of Experience in E-Commerce Warehouse is a must
  • Ability to work in a complex atmosphere.
  • Travel requirement ( 5 to 7 Minimum Days across India).
  • Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred & Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory.
  • Good Communication & Influencing Skills.
