This means part analyst, part marketer, part creator, and part operator.If you love diving into data, understanding user behavior, building content that clicks, and seeing your ideas come to life this role is for you.The role is focussed on US MarketJob Title: Category Management - Intern No of positions: 5 Stipend for internship period: INR 25K per month + incentives Conversion to full time role: Yes [Based on performance] Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Onsite (6 days a week)What you will do: 1. Category Ownership:Pick a focus category (e.g., Singing, Spanish, Math, AI, etc.) and take full ownership of its growth. Research trends, competitors, and creator communities within your category to identify opportunities for differentiation. Build and execute a mini go-to-market plan for your category including content, campaigns, and partnerships. 2. Content & Social Marketing:Create engaging short-form and long-form content that showcases tutors, lessons, and stories from your category. Design and produce content across Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blogs. Identify trending formats, hashtags, and creators within your niche to tap into category conversations. Collaborate with tutors to co-create authentic, educational, and entertaining category content.3. Community & Influencer Building:Engage with category-specific communities online groups, forums, and creators to amplify Wiingy’s presence. Run campaigns and challenges spotlighting Wiingy tutors or learners from your category. Encourage and manage user-generated content (UGC) to showcase real learning stories.4. Category Performance & Insights:Track key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, leads, and conversion from category-specific content. Analyze what’s working and iterate based on performance data. Report insights and recommendations to improve category visibility and impact.What you should have: A natural inclination and understanding of your chosen category - you genuinely get the world of music, language learning, math, or AI and are excited to build in it. A hands-on attitude you like to build, test, and iterate rather than just plan. Understanding of how to grow on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Basic analytical skills: you can interpret performance data and spot growth opportunities. Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. A growth mindset - curious, experimental, and eager to own results. Experience creating content (for yourself or a brand) is a plus - share your handle or portfolio.
