Our commitment to brand building is evident in our popular products like Glycomet GP, Ecosprin AV, Jalra, Tazloc, Glynase, MVI and more.Position Details:Experience Required : Trainers with at least 2 years training experience post pharma sales experience.Qualification Required : Science Graduate (B.Pharm. / BSc. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc.)Prepare and deliver high quality training content in order to improve competency andoverall effectiveness of participantsTraining Needs Identification:▪ Provide inputs towards identification of methodology and conduct TNI as per need.▪ Assist in data collection for TNIContent Development:▪ Understand training topic/s assigned and create content:o Research the topic area and prepare a manuscript o Get certified as neededo Update existing modules on regular/need basiso Finalize manuscript post team leader reviewo Convert finalized manuscript into relevant content formats (slides, videos, modules, etc.) inphysical or electronic format▪ Incorporate changes in content and get finalized content approvedTraining – Preparation & Execution:▪ Own the process of production of training material - Liaise with vendors to prepare andprocure training material▪ Prepare for and conduct training session as per agenda▪ Collect session-related feedback from participants in order to ensure understanding, clarify doubts and determine trainer effectiveness▪ Provide feedback/ developmental reports for each participant▪ Ensure feedback forms (trainer effectiveness) are filled out by participants post completion ofsession/programPost-training analysis:- Share participant feedback reports with BU head/ line managers - Collect and analyse post-training feedback from immediate supervisor - Collate feedback from training and analyse data in order to evaluate trainer effectiveness - Revisit initial data-points (studied during TNI) and track changes/improvements in order to evaluate training effectiveness.
