Ensure completion and certification of trainings as per OEM standards. DeliverNew Product Launch Trainingsand plan training budgets. Conduct sessions throughclassroom and digital learning modes. DeliverCompetitive Brand KnowledgeandOn-the-Job Sales Training. Conductmarket visitsto competitor brands and create training content based on insights. Follow up with DSEs for e-learning course completion. Maintain training effectiveness with at least70% DSE passing percentage. Achieve monthlyman-day training targetsas defined by OEM.
