We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to lead and optimize our paid media efforts across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Own the paid media budget and ensure optimal allocation across channels to meet growth targets.

Campaign Management:

- Create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting.

- Drive A/B testing strategies on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking platforms to measure campaign Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align on campaign goals, messaging, and user journeys.

- Coordinate with external agencies or partners if applicable.

Innovation & Growth:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

- Explore and test emerging platforms and formats for paid Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

- Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and campaign optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
