Role Purpose

The Head of Branding & PR will be responsible for building, strengthening, and positioning the institution's brand across stakeholders. This role requires strategic oversight of brand identity, external communications, media relations, and PR campaigns to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Management
  • Define and execute branding strategy aligned with institutional goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events).
  • Build brand recall and equity within the education ecosystem.
  1. Public Relations & Media Management
  • Develop strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry bodies.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and speeches for leadership.
  • Manage media coverage, crisis communication, and institutional reputation.
  1. Digital & Social Media Presence
  • Drive brand presence on , Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and digital campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
  1. Events & Outreach
  • Organize branding events, education fairs, conferences, and community outreach.
  • Ensure institutional visibility at national and international forums.
  1. Stakeholder Communication
  • Manage internal communications and alumni engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic, CRC, and admissions teams for brand alignment.
