
Head of Brand Messaging

We are seeking a highly skilled Editorial Director to lead our brand's verbal identity and messaging strategy across all touchpoints.
The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in brand editorial, content strategy, or creative leadership, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, tech, or consumer categories. They will have a proven track record of success in storytelling across channels: ATL, digital, UX, CRM, and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tone systems, narrative frameworks, and brand architecture. They will also have strong editorial judgment, with a data-informed mindset, and be able to write across styles from brand voice to product copy to conversion CTAs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the brand's tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Lead verbal storytelling for all major campaigns, collections, and brand moments
- Oversee content across web, app, CRM, performance marketing, packaging, retail, and more
- Localize brand voice and messaging strategy for global markets
