Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the sales Contracting team to be both a valued business partner to Sales team and be the custodians of the sales contracting process
  • • Work with Sales team leaders to ensure that efficient effective contracting process occurs, seeking ways to simplify and optimise wherever possible, whilst ensuring strong governance.
  • • Ensure robust commercials contract process by working with Sales and Legal team to review and sign off Commercial terms on all contracts before executions
  • • Track and provide timely and accurate reporting on all contract renewals/pricing amendments/attrition, ensuring team book sales orders in salesforce in a timely manner
  • • Manage the Salesforce adoption/adherence by the Sales Team, working to support their usage and understanding of requirements and reporting
  • • Ensure Contracting team initiate timely billing data validation with delivery team and support billing team, ensuring no billing or revenue leakage
  • • Seek opportunities to develop systems and processes to become more efficient and effective
  • • Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors for timely closure of audits

. B.com (H) + MBA/ICWA/CA

. Experience 12+ Years

• Proved track records in commercial and contracts management role

• Ability to manage, motivate and develop the team

• Flexible mindset/proven problem solver

• Ability to operate in high pressure, tight timelines

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Ability to implement and adhere to internal controls

• Flexible to work in different time zone

• Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management
