Position Overview:
Nomiso is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Presales Consultant with 7+ years of experience in supporting B2B sales processes across complex technical and service-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building sales intelligence, crafting compelling presentations, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional presales experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Perform competitor research and market trend analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Analyze customer segments and generate customer personas and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Initiate cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Develop and tailor customized presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
- Deliver product or solution demos to qualified leads, showcasing value propositions.
- Work closely with the sales team to co-create sales pitches and proposal decks.
- Assist in drafting and updating contracts, SOWs (Statements of Work), and changes to agreements.
- Support the team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored documentation.
- Manage and nurture both internal and external partnerships, ensuring alignment on deliverables and client expectations.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in presales, business development, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Proven negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, particularly in solution or consultative selling.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of initiative.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative work ethic.
- Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Exposure to working with technology, SaaS, or consulting service sales.
- Experience supporting sales teams in enterprise B2B environments.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
