JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Presales Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the sales team to drive the success of our solutions in the market. This individual will be responsible for understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical expertise in networking and structured cabling solutions. The Technical Presales Manager will serve as a bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose suitable networking and structured cabling solutions.

Conduct thorough product demonstrations, showcasing hardware and software capabilities to potential clients.

Provide technical consultation to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a clear and concise manner.

Gather feedback from clients and relay relevant information to the engineering, sales, and marketing departments for continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance product knowledge and market competitiveness.

Work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

In-depth knowledge and experience with Networking and Structured Cabling Solutions, including a strong technical understanding of structured cabling components and systems.

Proven experience in customer-focused roles, dealing with clients across various industries.

10.  Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

11.  Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

12.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

13.  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
