Role Overview:

Innovatiview India Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Government Sales professional for its Get IT Rent Business vertical.

This role is responsible for driving IT solution sales within the Travel & Tourism, Art & Culture departments of the Government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive IT solutions sales within Travel & Tourism, Art & Culture departments at the central, state, and local government levels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the government sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (hunting) while nurturing existing accounts (farming) for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure lead generation, proposal submission, and deal closure within the government ecosystem.
Government Relations & Bureaucratic Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bureaucrats, ministry officials, and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with presales teams to share the requirements with them to design proposal as per the need. contracts and tenders.
  • Represent the company in government meetings, events, and conferences.
Tender & Bidding Management:
  • Identify and analyze government tenders, RFPs, and bidding opportunities related to IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals and tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement processes and regulations.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand Get IT Rent's footprint in the government IT rental and solutions market.
  • Create roadmaps for long-term business expansion by identifying new projects and investment areas.
Experience & Skills:
  • 10 years of experience in government sales, IT solution sales in B2G business.
  • Proven experience in handling government departments, bureaucratic relations, and public sector sales.
  • Experience in hunting and farming – acquiring new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong network and relationships within the Travel & Tourism, Art & Culture departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
