Job Description:

  • Implementation of new Dayforce modules, including Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, Benefits, Entitlements and Engagement.
  • Review, test, and assist in implementing HRIS system upgrades; collaborating with functional and technical managers to coordinate the application of an upgrade, fix, or change and documenting process and results.
  • Set up new workflows and process upgrades.
  • Research and facilitate correction of data integrity issues and or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained, and transactions are accurate.
  • Partner with HR to design and develop standardized reports, dashboards, and metrics. Review and analyze information to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement functional improvements, escalating issues, and proposed solutions as appropriate.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling relevant data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Build ad-hoc reports for company leaders with a short turnaround time.
  • Perform audits and validations of HRIS transactions. Examine and verify HRIS related data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Take initiative to correct any issues identified in daily and weekly audits, and to instruct users responsible.
  • Assist in evaluating functionality to maximize efficiency and improve processes
  • Proactively stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to enhance the capability of self and team.
  • Participate in the design and maintenance of compensation structures.
  • Perform User Acceptance Training (UAT) for new releases.
  • Actively participate in client user groups.
  • Participate in Dayforce webinars related to new releases and upgrades.
  • Participate in and support cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities within established constraints.
  • Maintain all compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
  • Partner with management in adhering to business objectives and costs by providing data, input, review, analysis, modeling, or other information and support for HR systems.


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education/training/experience in implementation and support for management information systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Dayforce (Ceridian) implementation and support experience is a high advantage.
  • Functional knowledge of human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience delivering and improving HRIS systems to maximize efficiency and deliver quality services.
  • Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, database statistics, statistical research, system study, documentation, and programming.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and or XML a HUGE plus.
  • Attention to detail.
